By checking "I agree to terms and policies" during sign-up, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information.
• Not be barred from using similar services under applicable laws.

• Provide truthful and accurate information about your credentials, experience, and candidate submissions.
• Respect client confidentiality and handle candidate data responsibly.
• Not engage in fraudulent activities, misrepresentation, or unethical hiring practices.
• Comply with all applicable employment, recruitment, and data protection laws, including GDPR regulations where applicable.

• Submit genuine candidate profiles for job roles listed on the platform.
• All communication between recruiters, candidates, and hiring companies must be professional and transparent.
• Payments are role-based and processed within 10 days of invoice clearance.
• TheRecAI reserves the right to suspend accounts engaging in deceptive practices.

• TheRecAI ensures 100% end-to-end encryption of all data stored and processed on the platform.
• Users have the right to request data deletion, modification, or a report of their stored data.
• Any breach of confidentiality may result in account suspension and legal action.

• TheRecAI retains all rights to its platform, branding, tools, and AI-driven solutions.
• Users may not copy, distribute, or modify platform content without prior permission.

• Misrepresentation of recruiter credentials.
• Unethical recruitment practices.
• Violation of platform policies.

Disputes will first be resolved through direct negotiations. If unresolved, they will be subject to Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution laws.

TheRecAI reserves the right to update these Terms & Policies at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
